A developer security platform was competing against incumbents 10 times their size. They needed differentiated positioning, a POV-based sales process, and content that truly resonated with technical buyers.
APPROACH
We built competitive comparison pages with data-driven messaging. This included creating POV templates and success criteria frameworks for enterprise deals, along with battlecards and enablement programs.
OUTCOMES
The comparison pages became top converting assets. We saw POV win rates increase through structured evaluation criteria, while sales confidence improved via a systematic enablement program.

An enterprise content governance platform was competing against household-name cloud storage giants. Facing a 50x brand awareness gap, they needed to win on differentiation rather than budget.
APPROACH
We led the design of product tour experiences, interactive demos, and content that reframed the category around compliance and governance, the area where incumbents were weakest. We also built integrated campaigns spanning SEO, events, and customer advocacy.
OUTCOMES
Product tours became the primary conversion driver. We successfully repositioned the brand from 'file sharing' to 'content governance,' creating a defensible category that earned analyst recognition.
